PROJECT COORDINATOR:
Ensuring schedule, budget and details for a recently launched project.
Coordinate with various company departments to keep everyone on board about project updates.
Organize reporting, contracts, plan meetings, invoices.
Qualifications:
Degree in business administration, project management or 3 years of related experience .
Must have excellent organizational and communicational skills, Knowledge of MS Office, Problem solver and great team player.
MONITORING & EVALUATION SPECIALIST:
Oversee the development and implementation of the performance monitoring plan, capture overall project performance and results.
Conducting baseline and end-line assessments.
Develop oversee data flow pattern for the program that will ensure timely data collection
lead efforts to utilize training and monitoring systems.
Ensure data is captured and entered into management system.
Qualifications:
Degree in statistics, math or relate field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation
Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
Reporting data assessments.
Knowledge and ability to process and analyze data using MS access or any other statistical software.
